Workshops are two-hour, one time, one topic events that are offered throughout the year. This is your chance to learn the latest dog training techniques to prevent or solve common pet problems. Workshops are a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice.

Whether you are a life-long dog owner or a first-time adopter, this workshop will supply you with the most current information on house training, introducing your new dog to other family pets, preventing separation anxiety, crate-training, and preventing common behavior problems. Includes a workshop booklet full of tips and resources. This is a people-only workshop. |

Tired of cleaning up accidents? Frustrated that your dog doesn’t let you know when she needs to "go"? This workshop covers all the techniques for achieving a reliably house-trained dog, whether you’re starting with a new puppy or need remedial help for an older puppy or adult dog. Includes a book on housetraining and a doggie door bell. |

Socials and Play Groups - Free Events
| Puppy Socials | |
It is so very important for your puppy to learn good dog communication and play skills! Join like-minded puppy owners for an hour of supervised play. Positive, friendly interactions at this age build a foundation for life-long confidence. Puppies are grouped according to size. Ages 9-20 weeks. Puppies must have received at least 2 sets of puppy shots and have been in your home for a minimum of 2 weeks without illness to attend. This is a free event, but you must bring vaccination records to be admitted. |

| Little Dog Play Group | |
You want your dog to play well with others, but not be at risk for an accidental injury from exuberant large dogs. Meet up with other little dogs and their owners for a supervised, romping good time! For healthy dogs under 15 pounds, and over 4 months old. This is a free event, but you must bring proof of vaccinations to be admitted. |

Even though your dog is no longer a puppy, he still wants to have fun! Join other owners and their senior dogs for walks in the parks and visits to dog-friendly locations around town. For dogs 10 and older. This is a free event. |
